Therapeutic Contract, policies and useful links
Therapeutic Contract
This therapeutic contract is a negotiable document between us both to set the boundaries of our relationship, outlining both our practical commitments and my professional obligations to our therapeutic relationship. Here is a copy of the contract, which can be discussed at any point of our work together: Therapeutic Contract.
If you have other commitments, like holidays, and so are unable to make a session, I would appreciate it if you were able to let me know the session prior. Cancellations can also be made via email:
heather_rosser@fireside-therapy.co.uk
Session fees are payable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given, although I may not respond until my normal working days (Mon, Wed, Thurs). Unfortunately, I will not be able to extend session if you arrive late as this will affect my other appointments.
Please let me know if there is anything unexpected which happens on the day of the session, such as transport issues or illness, as we can discuss if an alternative is possible. I will provide you with the same commitments to cancellations and changes to appointments.
